Parking Rack and Pinion Electric External Sunshade Drive System

     The external sunshade rack and pinion drive system for parking lots uses a rack and pinion as the main driving and traction material. During operation, the electric reducer drives the pinion to rotate via the drive shaft, and the pinion engages with and drives the rack. As a result, the push rods connected to both ends of the rack, under the traction of the rack, drive the movable side of the system to achieve the opening and closing of the sunshade net.
      The external sunshade columns are made of 50×50×2.0 square tubes, while the beams and longitudinal beams also use 50×50×2.0 square tubes. Diagonal bracing between the end columns and the second row of columns is provided using Ф32 hot-dip galvanized round pipes. All steel components are hot-dip galvanized, offering excellent rust and corrosion resistance for outdoor use and extending the service life.
